This Transition Assistance Package is for NGV dual-fuel vehicle owners who are eligible for the complimentary removal of the NGV kit done by selected Partner Workshop. This is to ensure your vehicle meets the required safety and quality standards.

Applications must be made before 30th April 2025

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this transition assistance package, you will have to meet the following criteria:

Dual-fuel vehicle (NGV/petrol/diesel) that is active

Owns a Motor Vehicle License (Road Tax) (As recorded in JPJ data from 1 October 2021 to 30 September 2024)

Submit the application before 30th April 2025

Steps of Application

Only three steps to apply for the Transition Assistance Package for NGV Dual-fuel Vehicles

Step One

Check Your Eligibility

Enter the following information to check your eligibility.

1) Full Name

2) Phone Number

3) E-mail Address

4) Vehicle Registration Number

5) Chassis Number

Step Two

Book an Appointment

You will receive an email and please click on the link provided.

To book your appointment, fill in the booking form with the following information:

1) Preferred location.

2) Preferred date and time.

3) Upload a copy of the Vehicle Ownership Certificate or Insurance Cover Note.

4) Upload a current photo of the vehicle

You will receive your appointment confirmation and Appointment Slip via e-mail.

Step Three

Remove your NGV kit

Please bring your vehicle to the assigned workshop as detailed in your Appointment Slip.

Please take note of the below information prior to your appointment:

1) Ensure the NGV gas level in your vehicle is low (indicator in red or pressure below 500 psi).

2) The removal process will take about 4 hours. You encourage to collect your car on the same day.

3) You will receive a Job Completion Ticket (JCT) via email when the work is done.

4) A 3-month warranty is provided effective from the date that your NGV kit is removed.
